Home Care Options


HOMEMAKER SERVICES- This is called for when household tasks become hard to manage. It includes hands-off care such as cooking, cleaning and running errands. 


HOME HEALTH AIDE SERVICES- This involves more extensive and hands-on personal care services, like getting dressed, bathing, and using the bathroom.


Community Options


ADULT DAY HEALTH CARE

This type of care involves social and support services in a community setting. Participants can socialize and join in planned activities, with caregivers looking after them.

Some programs also include personal care, transportation, medical management, and meals.

ASSISTED LIVING FACILITIES​


​These residences provide personal care and health services, but the level of care is not as extensive as a nursing home. People consider assisted living when they don't need care around the clock.
